Mavi Kalem started to provide consultancy services over the phone during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, Mavi Kalem Consultation Line is open to make these services more systematic. With the Mavi Kalem Consultation Line, it is aimed that more people can access the services provided by Mavi Kalem more easily and free of charge.
You can reach the consultation line from anywhere in Turkey. The consultation line serves in Turkish, Arabic and Persian and it can be reached between 10.30 and 16.30 on weekdays. Callers outside these hours can also leave a message and they will be called on the next business day.
Those who call the consultation line can get information on current issues such as the COVID-19 pandemic and Education Information Network (EBA). They can receive support from hospitals or public institutions such as making an appointment and translation. In addition, they can get information about the services provided by Mavi Kalem and can participate in these events later by specifying their desire to participate in online events. Those in need are referred to other institutions and organizations or to health consultancy, legal consultancy and psychological consultancy services within Mavi Kalem.
