Psycho-Social Support Activities for Women and Children in Hatay 

At Reyhanlı-Taiwan World Citizens Center, we provide psycho-social group and individual psychological support to overcome the negative effects of the earthquake. Refugee and Turkish women and children participate in these activities every week. Our work is conducted in Arabic and Turkish.

The center was established to strengthen solidarity between Turkish and Syrian communities. In Hatay, which has received many refugees after the war in Syria, the center’s work aims to support communities to live in harmony. Especially after the earthquake, refugees’ access to basic needs and social support services has become even more important. The center works to strengthen social ties through various social projects.

Our work at the Taiwan Cultural Center is part of our ongoing activities in other districts of Hatay. We continue to provide similar support to Turkish and refugee women and children.
